Our business started in Moires, Heraklion, Crete in 1978 by my father Fanourakis Emmanuel. A family business with love and passion in the field of olive oil oiling.
At the beginning of the operation, the process of grinding the fruit was done manually with the traditional Boxades, over time this changed from manual to motorized. From 1981 onwards the whole process changed from manual-mechanical to centrifugal machines.
In 1995 and after we collaborated with the Italian company PIERALISI and all the machines of the group are exclusively Italian.
In 2009 the business from my father passed to me. It currently operates with the best two-phase machines available in the area where the use of water minimizes the oxidation and loss of valuable Biophenols, elements of quality EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL and with all required ISO 20000 and HACCP certifications.
Our goal from the beginning until today is to produce the best qualities of olive oil and to continue to provide the best service to our producers and customers.
